(1) If a person appointed as a conciliator refuses to act as a conciliator, if he is unable to work, if he resigns, if he dies or if the position of the conciliator becomes vacant due to any other reason, the parties shall maintain the agreement by completing the process by which the conciliator was appointed. Another conciliator will be appointed within the said period.
(2) If a conciliator cannot be appointed as per sub-section (1), a conciliator shall be appointed after completing the process as per section 7.
